Mariadele Castagnoli was born in Umbria on the 25/05/1963, land whose traditions
and art she remains bound to even if she moves to Emilia Romagna at an early age.
Her first encounter with photography happens almost by chance when, 10 years ago, she received a camera as a gift; in a few years, her passion for photography fully engrossed her, driving Mariadele to become a professional photographer.
Her first images and works are didactic, of her place of origin and culture, from there she develops an interest and an inclination for picture stories, also landing to sport ones.
In 2005, she approaches the world of flight, being particularly enchanted by gliding of which she tells moments and people with her shots.
